The applicant seeks permission to construct a dwelling on the above parcel Mauch

`sherc was a single family hone on the parcel until February, 1975 when it was
des> fished following an explosion and fire.
The parcel was cleated many years ago, through metes and bounds description, as
the north 1/3 of "Lot 14" which had been patted at 126 feet (as were all the other
lots in this addition; i-,iany of the rather lots were subsequently divided into 63 foo-
parcels as shown on the drawing)
The balance of "Lot 14" is owned by the resident next door at 5324 Bryant Avenue N.
There is 48 feet between the house at 5324 and the youth line of the subject parcel.

sides of the proposed house.
While both parcels are in the R-2 zone of the southeast neighborhood, there are at

Denial of time request is reconiTersded, as a matter of sound planning. A request
to build on a substandard lot would be in order at such time that addition property
is added to the parcel, creating a lot width (63 feet) consistent. with other parcels
in this subdivision.
