Since that time, the applicant has modified the exterior decor, certain site improvamen-ts , and the name - "Spanish Q warter." Brooklyn Center is located within the proposed metropolitan urban service area and all necessary services are accessible to the site. The project is most conducive to the income of a middle income person or family, but it will not be affordable by individuals in the lower income bracket. No adverse environmental effect is foreseen. COMMENTS * 1. The site plan provides for five buildings. The plan, however should provide some kind of walkway system that will connect the buildings. 2. The project will provide enclosed garage space for 168 cars and open space for 222 cars. * 3. The site provides approximately 400 , 000 square feet of net open space. * 4. Final approval is pending City Council action on the project. RECOMMENDATIONS The project involves no major conflict with area -wide development plans and goals.
