No dwelling or dwelling unit shall be per- mitted on the two substandard lots created by the subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1 Eckberg Addition, Hennepin County. 2. The City Attorney is directed to file this conditional approval on the titles of the subject parcels. Voting in favor were Mayor Cohen, Councilmen Leary, Britts, Kuefler, and Fignar. Voting against: none. Motion passed unanimously.
