The applicant is requesting rezoning from I--1 to C-2 to
provide for the construction of a four stony office building
with a restaurant on the maim floor.
ANALYSIS AIM RECOMMENDATIOPt
Staff opinion is that the area including the parcel to
be rezoned should be re-plebted since substantial improvements
have been and will be trade, including utility and road
installatican. The shifting of zone and property lines
also necessitates the updated plat.
Recomraendation is for approval., subject to the condition
that the subject property shall be platted into a single
parcel as required by the Platting Ordinance.
