ANALYSIS AND RECOMMNDATION
The applicant has been remodeling a breezew y and garage
into a living area over: the past two years ithout obtaininc,
the necessary building permits, The Buildi g :inspector,
while making a routine inspection of a gara a .being
constructed on the parcel. discovered the r modeling
operation taking place and ordered the appl cant to cease
construction until proper approvals Usr a v riance were
granted and a building permit could be issu d,
The applicant is now requesting the sideya
after the fact.
It is noised that sufficient precedent has

this variance, however, the justification
