Variance
The applicant. seeks a variance from Chapter 15 of the City
ordinances to pezziit subdivision of a=_1 already platted parcel
by metes and bounds description. The contended hardship is
that formal platting would be unduly :restrictive and unmecesssaary.
The proposed action would split Lot 5, with 55 feet of the 73
feet becomi r-g part, of Lot 6 on the aac0ah, and 1.8 feet becoming
part of Lot 4 on the south. Lot 4 currently is 73 feet hide.
