Regarding your letter dated December 29, 1972, directed
to Mr. Randall Lane, this is to inform you that Mork &
Associates, Inc. is continuing with the development of the
proposed apartment project at 67th & Emerson.
We are now awaiting confirmed commitment from the Federal
Housing Administration and finalizing architectural plans.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to

You indicate in your letter of January 8, 1973 that you
have assumed the development of the project originally proposed
by Mr. Randall Lane, who submitted the above captioned Planning
Commission Application for site and building plau'approva2 on
May 26, 1971. Our records indicate that the item was last
considered by the City Council on June 14, 1971, at which time
the application was tabled to permit certain revisions by the
applicant.
Since the original applicant is not pursuing the submitted
application and since substantial time has elapaeO since the
pertinent plans and documentation was reviewed in the context
of applicable building code and City ordinances add policies,
file smiber 71018 has been closed.
You may submit an application for site and building plan
approval when the required current site and building and other
related documentation have been prepared and submitted for
review by this office, the Plannin Coauission, aAd the City
council.
