Section 35-221. Perhaps the necessary variance could be based on the uniqueness of the situation, where this home and the neighboring one are the only ones on thQ block, and the purpose of the ordinance (adequate tight, air, etc,) will not be subverted by allowing this encroachment OR NOR �N kl.., AVE-
