ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the site plan be approved subject to
the usual conditions and the following special conditions:
1) That the building setback be 35 feet in lieu of the
24 feet as shown on the site plan.
2) That the trees identified on the plan be to minimum of
4 inches in diameter four feet above the #round line.,,
3) That tJie additional landscaping inclusive of trees or
