Gentlemen:
We wish to reply at this time regarding the
Special Use Permit in the name of Mack Tracks, Inc.
We as Lynbrook Bowl, do not feel that we will
be adversely affected by the installation of this
particular enterprise. We do feel, however, that
in the interest of the Village and the residents
that it will, number one, be a nuisance, and
number two, feel that this is reasonably valuable
property and as such could be made better use of
from the standpoint of tax purposes than the
enterprise being applied for. Therefore, we would
like to voice our objection to the installation
of the Mack Tracks, Inc.
