February 4# 1960 motion by the planning Commission to
recommend rezoning from R-1 to R,R,
February 9, 1960 request was tabled by the Village Council.
February 23, 1960. Council referred the request bac,: to
the Planning Commission to be considered as a Special Use with
a liaitatioa of two years.
March 3, 1960 motion by the F""r:Za�6 Commission to rescind
their action of sebruary 4, 1860 and recommend that a Special
Use permit be granted.
March 8, 1960 Village Council granted a Special Use permit
