HomeMy WebLinkAbout2021-040 CCRMember Ryan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.2021-40 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.2018-10, LIFT STATION 2 REHABILITATION WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, PCi Roads, LLC of St. Michael, Minnesota has completed Improvement Project No. 2018-10, Lift Station 2 Rehabilitation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that Final payment shall be made on Improvement Project Nos. 2018-10, Lift Station 2 Rehabilitation, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvements under said contract shall be $975,632.34. 2. The estimated project costs and revenues are hereby amended as follows: COSTS per Low Bid As Final Construction Cost $ 997,000.00 $ 975,632.34 Engineering and Administrative $ 100,000.00 $ 112,680.00 Contingency $ 3 000.00 $ 0.00 TOTAL $1,100,000.00 $1,088,312.34 REVENUES Sewer Fund March 8, 2021 Date ATTEST: City Clerk As Awarded As Final $1,100,000.00 $1,088,312.34 )"DMa�y_or_ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Graves and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Butler, Elliott, Graves, Lawrence -Anderson, Ryan and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
